Privacy Policy

We collect the personal and health information you provide during onboarding: name, age, gender, height, weight, fitness goals, activity level, and body photos (front, side, rear). We also store your progress entries, AI visualizations, generated workout and meal plans, and subscription status.

Your data is used to generate personalized AI visualizations, workout routines, and nutrition plans, to track your progress, and to manage your subscription. We do not sell your personal or health data to third parties.

Your body photos and health metrics are private. Only you and any trainer you have explicitly linked to your account can view them. Administrators can see aggregate counts and account metadata but cannot view your photos or detailed health data. Data is encrypted in transit and at rest.

We process your personal information on the basis of your consent. Health data is special-category data requiring explicit opt-in, which you provide during onboarding. You may withdraw consent and request deletion at any time. POPIA (South Africa) and GDPR (EU) give you rights to access, correct, export, and delete your data.

You can delete your account and all associated data at any time via Settings → Delete Account. This permanently removes your profile, photos, progress, plans, and achievements. You may also request a data export by contacting support.
